Positive: The location, staff and facilities were excellent. The town of Susa is also excellent. we would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: We were a group of 10 travelling Europe on motorbikes. The hotel was excellent along with the town.

Positive: This hotel was a gem. Very comfortable and with friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was also particularly good. The hotel has been most tastefully and delightfully converted from the convent is was to a lovely hotel. We were also pleased to have secure parking.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: We stayed here for one night en route from France to Cinque Terre and were very happy with our choice of hotel. The building itself is steeped in history and is very well looked after. The staff were all very pleasant during our stay and we found the room itself clean, well presented and offered everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was plentiful in variety and left us wanting nothing except some better gluten-free bread.

Negative: Although gluten-free bread was provided, it was pretty basic compared to other hotels we've stayed in.

Summary: Charming, characterful hotel in nice, provincial town.

Positive: Location right in the old town; very handy for restaurants and historical sites Breakfast was excellent, served in the restaurant. The whole ambience of the hotel was lovely

Negative: The rooms are noisy because the walls are thin. We could hear the family next door

Positive: Beautiful ex convent building which was recently sympathetically restored. Comfortable room with nice toiletries. Tea/coffee in room plus a bottle of water. Very clean and lovely linen and towels. Great location close to the centre of town. Secure car parking. The breakfast was excellent. Wonderful staff.
